• By booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.
• Staple Dogs Run Free secure dog field is used at the dog owners/handlers own risk. We recommend that you have public liability insurance - often this is included in your home/pet insurance.
• All dogs using the field must be fully up-to-date with all inoculations and worming, and not be showing any signs of ill health.
• Each 30 and 60 minute-slot includes 5-10 minutes at the beginning and end of each session to get in and out of field, to get your dogs in and out of your vehicle and to drive away from the field before the start of the next booking. Some dogs are very reactive even at the sight of other dogs and book for this reason. If people do not adhere to this, unfortunately we will have to take some action.
• You or your dogs should not drive to the parking area until the previous clients are safely in their car or have left the premises. See above note.
• When not in the secure area dogs must be kept on a lead.
• Dog poo must be bagged up and placed in poo bins or taken away. Please take litter away.
• The field may be muddy at times. Users should bring appropriate footwear.
• Users must discourage their dog from digging in the field. Any holes must be filled in by the user prior to leaving the facility. Failure to rectify any damage caused may result in a charge. Please notify the owner if you find there are holes or other damage in the field.
• Users must respect the area and contents. Children must not be allowed to climb on fences, gates or other platforms. Users to keep dogs and children in sight at all times whilst using this facility.
• All areas are non-smoking.
• You will be with your dog(s) in the peaceful countryside so we ask you to respect this and not have any loud music playing.
• Whilst the field is secure, we cannot guarantee complete security for every dog. Staple Dogs Run Free secure dog field cannot be held responsible should your dog escape.
• No responsibility will be taken by the owner or organisers for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
• We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
• Data privacy - any booking data we take will be kept for follow-up purposes only by Staple Dogs Run Free. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties. Payment data is handled through Acuity Scheduling by Stripe and Paypal, and is subject to their data privacy policies. Please be aware that CCTV is in operation.
• We reserve the right to refuse future bookings when we are aware that guests have not adhered to the above terms and conditions.
